Floating Sound Bath Meditation Experience

April 3rd 7pm

I’m planning an intimate group sound bath experience in my home healing space on April 3rd at 7 pm. These evenings are always quiet, calming, and reflective. It’s a chance to slow down and breathe.

I’ll begin with a guided meditation and some gentle breath work before moving into the sound bath, with gentle energy woven throughout.
