Hello October: Resetting Energy, Nurturing Ourselves, and What’s Ahead

This past weekend I spent time in the Blue Ridge Mountains with my family soaking in the Mountain air, hopping between vineyards and apple orchards, wandering through charming little towns, and simply enjoying time away from the regular rhythm of home and work.

Travel, nature, and family time are some of the most healing forms of self-care. There's something about stepping into a different environment that clears the mind, softens the heart, and resets the energy. It was exactly what I needed, space to laugh, breathe, and reconnect.

As we welcome October, I'm reminded of the importance of weaving in experiences that both nurture and inspire us. Healing doesn't always look like stillness, sometimes it looks like play, adventure, and joy.

This month, I'm inviting you to do the same. Give yourself permission to reset, to enjoy, and to create new space for the energy you want to carry forward.
